Certificate of conformity of products is intended for certification of party of the goods delivered at Russia by the firm - importer, or for certification of imported products made out by a batch production cycle. In the first case the certificate is intended for the supplier of production on the Russian market. Validity of certificate depends on sale contract conditions. In the second case the applicant and the receiver of the certificate is the manufacturer of the delivered goods. This kind of certificate is valid during term specified in the document of certification. Certification will be carried out by qualified Russian experts on the place of production (plant or manufacture) where these products were made. Certificate of conformity of a batch production is given out depending on the results of laboratory tests of product's samples.
Certificate of conformity GOST R on production may be given only if is already obtained additional necessary documents of certification: the hygienic conclusion, the veterinary certificate, the certificate of fire safety etc. In the certificate of conformity GOST R should be relative marks of the listed above documents.

Certification of products and services in the field of fire safety is carried out with the purpose of acknowledgement of conformity of production and services to requirements of fire safety, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. The certificate of fire safety is an obligatory component of the certificate of conformity GOST R. The order of the organization and realization of certification is defined by the State fire service as agreed with Committee of the Russian Federation on standardization, metrology and certification.
The objects of certification on fire safety are: production of the industry, the building industry and enterprise activity, including products imported to Russia (substances and materials, building constructions, means of production and maintenance of fire safety, technological units, processes, vehicles, electronic, electromechanical products, their elements and sets), services in the field of fire safety (fire-prevention of building constructions, repair and charging fire extinguishers, editing, adjustment, maintenance service of fire-prevention protection systems etc.) Products charged to be obligatory certificated included in the List, and there are working normative documents, requirements of fire safety and test methods and their control established on them.

The hygienic conclusion confirms conformity of production and the goods to sanitary norms in case of strict observance of the established rules by manufacture, storage, transportation and realization of products and goods.
The hygienic conclusion is given out on one kind of production, thus some nomenclature units (trade marks) of production may be specified in the conclusion or in the application. For example, juices "Apple", "Pear", "Pineapple". A principle of their association - producing these of products under the uniform specifications and technical documentation with uniform hygienic criteria of safety. Some kinds of production may not be included in one hygienic conclusion.
The term of validity of
hygienic conclusion may be set up to 5 years. In
the certain cases, (manufacturing of experimental sets
of new kinds of production, implementation of essentially
new technologies, using nonconventional raw material
or components), validity of the hygienic conclusion
may be reduced. In this case concrete conditions (rules)
of manufacture or realization of production have to
be defined in the hygienic conclusion.
